I was hired to work for one of the fiserv divisions called open solutions. Started working here from june 2017. You have good colleagues to work with both in India and USA, they provide good facilities like cabs, pantry n all. Work culture is okay not bad.

Dislikes

First and foremost is the management.. They have recently shut down the hyderabad office and asked employees to move to other locations like Pune Noida and Gurgaon Delayed hikes I have never get a double digit hike in three years that I worked for the comapny Promotions are just a game they ask a lot of data from you and even if youare a deserving candidate they cannot do anything about it because only 1% of the people on the company are promoted in a year and in the 1% hyderabad teams members are 0.01% or even less Notice Period is two months and even after shutting down the operations in hyderabad location they are not letting people to leave to company and making it mandatory to serve the notice period. No HR interview for the people who resigned from the company. Managers and senior management has worst attitude I would not suggest anyone joining this comapny as they are going to fire you at any point in time or might shut down any location at any time as they are only behind cost cutting....Read More

Work Details

I used to work in the night shifts from 12.30am to 9.30am what is called a graveyard shift.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings) 

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
