The company has no culture it is more like working for a general store in street.. Totally unorganized starting with basic office infra we had our office like cow shed and has to work 24 hours a day and keep sending same data on request all the time. My manager visits the office once in 6 months and everything goes on phone and Its politics then its learning and gaining knowledge. Flipkart is surviving only because its in India which don't need to follow rules. We dint even have Toilets in our facility and no health and safety rules. Its awful to work and I was given rating first and then found reasons to justify the rating. I have never seen a company like this where rating should be done as per your performance and the productive numbers but its only done on how good you satisfy your manager with food and other things you do....Read More

I was the incharge for a Hub for particular region and take care of all the deliveries coming in and final reach them to customers which is last mile. So it includes people management, money and customer handling.

No job security only mental/emotional harassment. They not work on permenent solution they want everybody do donkey work as they are.HR not giving value to ground staff. They only beloved in AMs not look on the both side.zero value of loyalty and hardwork. Only man can survive in Flipkart who is having smart political skill.

Worst politics. Not gave anybody to stand for himself or no any manager stand for his employee and for support.they just shut the problem by keeping guns on juniors shoulder. All Area manager and RM are illiterate they don't having leadership quality then also FK are paying to this 🐴 donkey
