If you have a good manager there is no way you will not grow.. the company over all is good only matters is the manager you report in to..
I have had a very good experience working with some of very outstanding talented managers, who guided me and were more of a leader than a boss..

The worst company i had ever worked in my career. Even they were unable to pay the salary on time. Always i recieved my salary after a month and that also my branch manager pay from his pocket. I had worked there for a year and they were not ready to provide any type of document even i was a good performer there.
