Culture, People, toxic work culture at-least in my team. Extreme Work pressure, poor work life balance, they can change their policy any time and ask you to just accept it and move on. Overall not a good experience for working in Amazon

I liked Amazon’s culture. The benefits it provides to employees like Sodexo coupons. Organised policies and the continuous improvement in the process to achieve customer satisfaction. It improves the process by considering employee’s feedback.
Dislikes
I didn’t like my process. It had scheduled breaks and you have to take continuous calls you get for 7.5 hours. You cannot get up from your desk for those entire 7.5 hours. One frustrating call can spoil your entire shift. If you think you are good at handling frustrating callers and you are ok with the fixed scheduled breaks you can apply for this role.

Lots of opportunities to learn. Lots of teams to work for. Good base pay if you are promoting internally. You have internally job portal to move to different teams.

No work life balance No work from home, mandatory work from office. The salary for a few departments may be a little lower but then on that is also dependant on the role and level some one is joining.

They only hired for seasonal basis for 4 month only because of days offer in October to December spacially for chat process North American process. In that time there are so many fraudulent customer we need to be handled called CAP customers because of that your performance will be getting low and manager don't listen your issue andissued warning letter if you performed well then they will extended your contract for 2 months and after 6 months they will kicked out of you from the organization it doesn't matter if you performed well. Low pay ,low hike,rude managers (my manger don't have basic ethics while speaking jungli from North )with too much micro management. Work is way too high you even don't get 5 min to talk with your colleagues for any work related doubts as well. Your performance report is shared with entire team and humiliated in writings.
