Till now I have a work experience of approx 1 year. I was working with chandigarh department. The company brand name was Good. Overall work experience was good. If I talk about my Manager, I learned alot from them. They always teach us how to deal in the market. Teammates was supportive. You always spend your money and time in training first. Company was not giving any reimbursement. Career growth was not seen in this company because the top management was fixed there position.

Dislikes

But if I talk about the cons of the company, there salary, is not good, they can deduct you salary without knowing you. And Managers was focused only and only on new sales. They always push you for sales. Never ever talk about what service you are providing to there previous clients. Moreover not providing enough of time to there executives for dealing or giving services to there previous clients. Growth is very slow. Sometimes you have to work for 10 hrs in a day. No work ethics in company.

This company is crap.. managers are illiterate. They don't know how to treat their team members. The company has no ethics. They ask you to report everyday by morning 8.30am nd leave the field by evening 7.30pm. Everyday you have to come.with 2 or 3 sales.. if you are unable to do that then you will have to come down to office by evening 8pm - 10pm. Pressure is hell here. Competition is very bad. You have to pay fine on every small things if the cheque bounces, ecs gets rejected, etc etc.

In one line if I have to define JustDial.. " it's a sinking ship"

It was a very bad experience. But yes if you have survived in JustDial for sometime you can survive in any other company.

This company provides a wonderful oppurtunity to grow. Its all about your effort that how fast you grown up, great team work , job stability is good in this company and also one can learn a lot in this company like professional skills and marketing skill.
Overall worderful experience i got in this company.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not upto the mark, i think there must be some improvement in salary structure.....and also less interation with HR.....it might be a cause of high attrition in this company ....sometimes seniors don't understand the pain of an executive.
Motivational factors are very less.

As i am working here as an Manager so i handle the sales team , basically planning , organising and training are the core part of my work ....

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Competition is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hrs straight in aday as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is repetitive

Organisation is good but the working culture is very pathetic and their is nothing in this company to learn something new or start something new.

Dislikes

Working under Kolkata head quater is very poor and pathetic huge casteism is their inside the kolkata office, all bihari and muslims guys get huge promotions, incentives, good sales everyday. Managers are manner less specially I want to mentioned one name Mr. Fahim Javed ( RM Kolkata) this guy dosnt have any attigates how to talk with the junior team members everytime keep shouting i will said he is a low IQ level manager....lastly working in justdial is just a waste of money and time.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest services. I love the fact that Markets reliable, high-quality services and has global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like company re-hire policy here.

Sometimes I have to attend client late night calls for my individual growth. Which is plus point for me.

In just dial the good only thing its up to you that how you take this, you can take this as good or bad because here every day is a new day no matter older are you in company the senior compare your abilities with fresher so its my good or bad opinions about just dial.

Basically i don't like the culture of just dial. Because these guys are always change the plans even they hide there products policies from there employees for the sale...

My work in just dial the toughest duty. I am in JDA team so I have to do cold call daily and find new clients for just dial on my behalf without anyone's support. So develop here my marketing and sales skills..

I worked with this organization for nearly 2 yrs.. the call flow is too heavy to handle.. almost everytime to manage this call flow the managers will forcefully ask you to do overtime.. you will get paid for overtime but u will lose upon ur weekoffs.. and there is system of exchange of week offs that proves to be too bad sometimes.. overall average experience

i liked work environment and salary structure which is in starting i.e. 16 k ctc and we can also win the bonanza prizes like 400, 600, 1000 Rs. i mean its really amazing place . justdal is great platform for freshers specially they learns a lot from there ..

Dislikes

there is still targets sometimes. and cab facility is not available at all. cafeteria is also very small in pioneer building so its really need to enhance the area of the cafeteria and also make sure available more food items and facilities.

It is an very good company for the fresher to understand the market, & work culture. You will get support at initial stage, no one are properly educated,don't chose if u need career growth, forgot about personal life

Dislikes

Lack of guidance & knowledge in market, not getting updated with current market scenarios. Following old school methods, zero importance for the employees interrogate treatment from the Management.

Its an Boring, doing regular thing focusing on the same model from the past decade.
