Initial appraisal and salary was good. Following years, the managers who are not even in you team will be giving appraisals, which is not transparent. I was told to learn a completely different technology for 2 projects. Could not return to my old domain.

Great work culture. The colleagues and managers are willing to help you with all your doubts and queries. There are all sorts of clients; so you would get a chance to work with different domains. There is zero level of toxicity in this company.

Since it is not a big company, you may not get the location of your preference. No other dislikes.

Work policy: It depends on the project you are assigned to. If there are any hardware dependency, etc. you may have to come to the office.

I am not sure about all projects in Gadgeon. But I worked in a team where you work with pleasure not pressure. Zero pressure, Zero Stress. A very good team and very happy environment. Good leadership, they have a plan for the future. Good Benefits, Variable pay is very high, but they pay 100 percent all the time(not sure for everyone) Special mention is CEO Hari and CTO Girish.
