Dislikes

Management is truly very poor. Job security and compensation also very poor. No development workshops for staff. Gap between employees. In covid time, not allowing work from home. Deduction in salary for un necessary covid reasons and not restoring even after lockdown complete.

Work Details

There was lot to learn of-course. But no clear direction, lack of experienced colleagues, no appreciation, totally unorganised system.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
