GEP company is good but not the team. Working Environment of company is good but not the team.

Dislikes

It's the department, team you are working for makes the all life balance miserable. Gender inequality, biasing to male employee, boot-licking gets the promotion. Genuine Hard work is not appreciated. Even if you try to enhance your skills for new projects, superior thinks you will excel above it & will try to pull you down by demotivating you. Salary hike & promotion is wholly dependent on the manager n not the hierarchy above it. Even if you love you work but negative work environment & politics by manager will slash you, will make your work & personal life a hell. After you sign off from job or on notice period, the company treats you like rug, your belongings becomes garbage for them, they will dump them without confirming, GEP admin team is so rude & they will not help you for anything in this. Never join Marketing Dept if you are female, gender biasing in all cases happens there....Read More
