The company is great for people who want to build their careers in the testing field. It is especially good for freshers but not for long time.

Dislikes

for experienced employees, there is no salary increase over the years; even people with two years of experience receive the same salary as freshers.

It's the worst company I've ever worked for, i would suggest everyone not to work for them as they don't value your efforts and time , the management is rubbish ,HRs working for entertainment purposes( Making rangolis n all), No career growth , and if we talk about pay scale it's near to nothing. So over all if you want to make your more n more miserable , Go for Global step 😂 (i regret working there even for few months)...Read More

It was miserable , yes i accept that they do provide some facilities like food and cab but they deduct the expenses (Nearly 70% of your salary)

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
