They have Good Projects. If working for a client and work going on smoothly then nobody from Happiestminds side will bother you. Leave freedom is there. No Dress code anything you wear.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not that good. Hikes are also not good. sometimes if client is not good then nobody can help you.

Rude manger and directors.they will say 4 days office and 1 day wfh but after joining project everything will be different.they will make you yo come to office all the 5 days min 8 hrs .. even meeting we should take from office only

Employee friendly. Good for less experienced people or freshers. Lots of mindfulness sessions.

Dislikes

Growth oriented people might not like it here. There were less of projects which would help for career growth technically (Automation roles) for experienced people. Again it completely depends on luck as it's a service based company
