Overall a good company to work with. Get trainings for latest technologies and project experience. Flexible work hour depends on which project you are working on. Also under which manager you are working and how tactfully he handles. Less oversean opportunities. Good events and participation. Good catering service and eCash payment method. Ample parking space. Good work environment. Car pool / share available. HR interface available for your queries. Different events and competitions and sports , cultural activities, music, singing, tambola, lucky draw coupens, kite flying etc events. Overall good.

Dislikes

Work atmosphere depends on the team members, project and manager. For few projects its good for few its worse. Few managers cant handle it well. Dont try to be oversmart with managers else he will try to mess your life with help of other few team members. Dont be much open to team members else you will falk in trap of gossips, fun, demoralise, underestimte.... There are few people who love making timepass rather than working. They come to office just to spend day in ac and pull down others. Those are the people who are working couples so no worries about money as both are earning. They have money ego and they dont care of losing job as they have parteners supporting hand. So just keep your mouth shut and do your work and go home. Dont expect promotions as already old members and close employee of theirs are in lobby for the same. If you get promotion its good. No point in talking to anyone. Few get promoted every year, few not once in more than 7 -8 years.

Best part about Cybage was it's own private Campus. No interference of outer world. Everything inside that campus is self owned and managed. The company Owner keeps visiting the company multiple times a week, this way he is also aware of the situations and problems around and thus all stays good.

Dislikes

They have a Working Hour Policy, even if they say they don't have one, they track your hours, and if you fail to fulfill those, there is a mail from your Manager. it's good they don't deduct your leaves as they used to do earlier, but no you have to answer them why it went low. There is a resource-pool system, where you are on desk, when you don't have any project to work upon. You wait for project calls, project interviews and discussions, so during this time as well, they want to you sit in the office for 8 hours.
Plus there is no Work-from-Home policy.

Working in cybage is fun.
First for those who is tech freak you might get a chance in a project which is very challenging.
Personally i hv learn many things and still learning.
Other than work.. its like second family. If you come here you will regret leaving this company later on because of the bonds that you will make.
Appraisals depends on various factors bit compared to some big guns in industry it is still very good.

Work environment is very chill.. you joke, you work. A very independent way of working. Jusy deliver your task in time

Dislikes

Food prices are very high in cafeteria due to digitalized currency.
Which impacts a lot.

There is no work from home policies.
No gymnasium though it provide discounts in some reputated gyms.

Otherthan that its a great place to work

Cybage helps us in many different ways to keep work life balance. There are many functions and extra curricular activities going on every year. All the staff is very helpful. Cybage Pune CT towers have got very nice ambiance. The moment you enter from gate you can feel positivity everywhere. Well structured parking is also one of the positive points of cybage.

Dislikes

Cybage is not having sick leaves instead we have unplanned leaves which are 5 leaves per year. Which is obviously very less. And cybage is not having transport facility.

Work

This depends on project. But overall schedule at cybage is flexible and you won't feel work burden here.

Cybage is best in terms of exposure to projects/clients, self growth and learning. Cybage makes sure to include and involve cultural, sports and technical events which keeps the place happy. Monthly meetings are held with
HR (optional attendence) for ppl who have feedback on policies or process in the company and all are taken into consideration. Annual bash is held for employees and their family.
Good appraisal system process.
Enough leaves and flexible work timings. Management doesn't promote weekend support.

Dislikes

Most projects don't have work from home option.

As I joined as a fresher, I got to learn a lot. Very nice experience. My team mates helped me throughout. Very encouraging and cool people around me. This helped me to learn things quickly and correctly.

Dislikes

Since I am from south India, it’s a bit difficult for me to adjust with food. Also we were supposed to receive more appraisal than what we received. Other than this I just love this company and place.

Work

Sometimes boring and sometimes hectic. It’s neutral actually.

Growth and job security.
They won't fire you unless you violates the company policies.
They give good appraisal.
Technical growth is good enough.

Dislikes

In some projects you don't have personal life.
There are few things i don't like but i believe no company is perfect. Politics is there in all companies. You should know how to deal with people and situation.
Cafeteria facility(charged) isn't so good.

Work

You will grow technically but you need to deal with people.

Cybage is a really good company with a perfect work culture and work balance .. Things work very fair in the company and career growth also is appreciable. your work matters a lot, last thing to end with is the work satisfaction; it depends upon the person, I personally didn't get enough satisfaction with what I did there, perhaps its not legit enough to judge the company's work availability and efficiency. It might be just an issue with my own interest in type of work.

There is absolutely nothing good about Cybage

Dislikes

Everything. There is no career growth. The HR department is terrible. The policies are like you are working for a dictator. In the company they send emails when someone dies. Almost every month one young person dies from a heart attack due to stress. The clients treat you like dirt. Cybage can only retain stupid people who are not intelligent to get a job anywhere else.
