No work life balance. No transparent appraisal process. The managers don't bother to even have one on one meetings before appraisal. The only thing that matters is delivery to clients. Only work and no appreciation.

I like the employee benefits Harman porcides. The work culture is also nice and people actually listen to you. But that may be project based.. I was part of a very good project as I had done well during my training. Landing a good project in Harman is often difficult not all project are good.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is less and it depends on person to person. Person knowing coding may get more increment than one who are working hard but don't know coding

Higher Staff do politics In Harman International pune, Maharashtra. They form a Maharashtrian cluster and they don't want someone from other states specially from North side get promotion or good appraisal. When i was in harman all the guys from UP gets very less hike and didn't get any promotion. At last if you are from UP don't go pune office choose any other locations. You will get appreciation for work but nothing else from this....Read More
