I feel like my contributions are undervalued and overlooked by leadership. The annual reviews are a joke; they don’t reflect actual performance at all.

I felt completely ignored and undervalued. There’s no direction, and the workload is overwhelming. Management doesn’t care about employee well-being or job satisfaction. I waited months for an interview only to be ghosted. The HR team is completely unresponsive. I wouldn’t recommend this job even if it was the last one available.

The working hours given by the HH is flexible and adjustable sometimes which makes an employee to work smoothly for whole day.

Dislikes

The management team like HR are not listening soon to our problems. They takes a longer time to solve the issues. The salary increment is less according to work we are giving to HH.

I like that they push you out of your comfort zone. Get to learn things. Apart from content, I get to work on many other things too. So learning is a plus point.

No promotions. I have been working for 3 years. No chances of promotion are seen for work-from-home employees. There should be some opportunities based on your work.
