Likes: 1. There is no pressure to join office. Developer basically can work from anywhere (home town). Only band 1, 2 and above 8 compulsory to join office.

Likes: I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.
Dislikes: Hexaware is a good<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and </mark>the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

Likes: Work life balance is good. Hike was decent<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I joined a fresher in 2021 with 3 Lpa, after 2 yrs, with 2 hike n 1 promotion, my CTC is 5</mark>.7 Lpa
Dislikes: no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.
Likes: I would say Hexaware is the Best company for Freshers and Hexaware’s focus on growth and collaboration. I’ve learned so much from the team.My time at Hexaware Technologies has been incredibly rewarding,

Likes: Not much, company have some good project and some bad project. The increment and promotion is not given based on you performance</mark>.
