Likes: There are a very very few managers who really cares about people and skills. But they are helpless in some situations. Work life balance is good here. Salary, hike and promotions are really bad.

Dislikes: Don't expect annual hike, for 5 star they will give 4-5% hike. Getting 5 star is not easy, again manager influence and other politics will hamper your ratings.
