Sometimes they are unable to solve employee grievances related to PF and Salary because there account section is based at cheenai location. So other branches face some issues.

Worst HR Team. It's been few years I left the company till date my pf is not cleared. Followed up many times each time there were different persons who will say this and that . They will not respond to calls either. Such a bad company with very toxic working culture. Especially the team lead and seniors and they claim that as a corporate behaviour.

Work policy: Initial period during Covid was WFH. Later took an office space at Kochi . Later it shut down and all employees were asked to relocate to Bangalore others can leave the company
