The salary structure is good and a very good gesture from the CEO to send a letter and a box of chocolates for the parents of the new candidate who is selected in this company.

Dislikes

This company doesn't have a proper training and development in the system. People grow in this system not on the basis of work but personal relationship. If u have an experience in HR but with the help of personal relationship u can be sales manager in this company. Not customer centric as the history of this company says that it was known for cheating its own investor and customers, the legacy still prevails.Not a good for freshers and for people who are experienced want to burn your hands are welcome...Read More
