Good for freshers as a career development path. You will get enough training to learn. Great work culture.

Dislikes

Immense pressure in Fund Accounting. Especially if management geta to know you are able to work, handle pressure, you would be pressed till you take your last breath. No planning or vision of the senior management of the way forward. HSBC would rather let the business fall apart, but still not retain its core employees by paying enough at market rates. Primitive mentality to recruit freshers and train them rather retain or hire experienced resources....Read More
