Dislikes

Too much pressure and stressing. It’s not just a single product but Multi-products. So the targets are also pretty high but achievable if you are that good in sales profile.

Dislikes

Only accquired some knowledge on equity and Mutual Funds. Needs rigourous cold callings , on top of that insurance is the product that gets you recognized. All others are just sham.

Teammates are really cooperative and helpful. salary/appraisal is the best in broking industry. There won't be any innovative enthusiasm as you will have to stick on to the company set guidelines and daily work routine.
