The knowledge you get while working as you are involved in multi products, you will learn almost every financial investment securities from equities, mutual funds to loans and FDs.

Dislikes

New acquisition are almost impossible as you will have to bring 3 in 1 accounts, savings account will open with a minimum cheque of 50k, you will have to do almost everything from sales, operations to maintaining data. High work pressure

You will get lot to learn from here, good for fresher , good for training culture, Good reputation of brand among clients

Dislikes

Clients are loosing trust in brand, upper management is so toxic , dosnt care about the lower employees or customers. All they want is revenue. Overall company is good but management is not.
