I enjoyed working in ICICI Securities, the working culture, infrastructure (like canteen, office view etc.) was just fabulous. It has given me the new learnings and growth to the Securities Market as well as in my Career Opportunities. The benefits and compensation, HR policies were also good which helped me to become financially independent person. Dislikes

At times it was hard to handle the excessive pressure but was manageable. Also, to take leaves was really a tough job when it is genuinely needed and you have leave balance left.
