Salary is good at initial levels. Job Security. Work Pressure is manageable. When required one can avail leaves without much hassle. Other off the Salary Slip component is good.

Dislikes

Methodology for assessing the Variable Pay is area where improvement is required. Policy wise the bank is conservative but management has it own take on it. But this makes the bank less competitive.

Almost everything was excellent during the era when I have joined this esteemed organization. But now its like working in an organization called bank having third party insurance product only.

Dislikes

Career growth a d transfer depends on whether you have good so called Jack and jugar. Long working hours. Nothing is actually good about our bank. Gross salary is apparently higher, but net salary is bow par in industry. Salary structure is quite rediculous where you end up paying highest possible tax.

Work Details

This is the toughest question and is not known to anyone. We do everything. The roles are just name. Everybody is liable to sell everything and insurance is our core product. Banking is negligible in our bank.

Good learning because the emphase on its employees to be the jack of all traits. So, the employee is aware of almost all the aspects and depts of the banking.

Less chances of growth because an employee is due to get promotion after 5long years and if he or she doesn't has an access to the top management, it is very difficult for the concerned to get promoted in his or her career. Moreover, the management is very much gender biased.This is because a female employee is not promoted out of zone posting and on the contrary the male employee who has to go out of zone at different locations. Moreno, everytime an employee gets transferred to a new branch, each time he or she has to prove his or her worth and the past track record is zero which becomes difficult for an employee after a certain age because of which the productivity of an employee decreases....Read More
