The company has good policies in place for its employees like medical insurance, POSH, and a leave management system. They also have a fun meet annually.

Dislikes

They need to be an employee-centric organization. Equal distribution of work is needed. They should review the processes thoroughly. Working on weekends occasionally is not a problem but I had to work on all the weekends without getting compensation. Proper training is also not provided to the employees due to the heavy workload on all the superiors/employees.
