They give good package to new fork's.. but they not have any concern about the people who are in long period of time..they won't give any appraisals on time, if they give it is in below 1000. Ex: if I get 4.2 rating of 5 they will give 600rs of annual appraisals..god only what happened on the background..the job security n the day shift are only positive angles here.

They give work much and they encourage at that time but after that we don't get any benefits except appreciation mail...

Over all work environment is good.. Will able to learn a lot in Medical Billing, as IKS does end to end business.. Company provides home pick up and drop off.. Fix shift 5.30pm to 2.30 am and 5days working.. No OT...

When it comes incentives I am a bit disappointed.. IKS gives quarterly incentive.. 2018 we did not got the incentive for 2quarters.. I believe they should start with monthly incentive program it could be a motivating factor for employees. There is no OT given..

Politics are played by supervisors. No individual recognition or appreciation are given salaries are low but job pressure is high no compensation given to extra hours or extra day work and those are working with force of manager

Frankly saying my work is slightly easy and also challenging at some point of time. My work is to Analysis the denials of the claims by the insurance company and make the claims to get paid its not on calling its only on analysing I got many appreciations
