Management politics. Fake Promises made by HR. No support given to employees. Management taking issue in Personal they misuse the position given to them. I had been blamed for data leak which I did not even think of and my team leader wanted me to be behind bars that's why he spread this fake news and convinced the management to take strict action against me, my salary and my PF has not been given to me yet. luckily the manager from the other department supported me as he knew that there was no chance to take any details from the system. It is a good opportunity for a fresher to learn basic training. Senior colleagues helps in learning process. Very friendly in nature.

Work pressure is high. Transport facility is not upto satisfication. Hike is not up-to expectations .
