Flexible working hours, but it all depends on your manager. You will have direct access to your senior management team for any discussion. I personally feel there is some sort of Job security here and its not like people will remove you immediately.

Dislikes

I will give 0 to work life balance. Not sure how the other engagements are within Indegene, but EMCE department is always on fire. Its become a culture to stretch beyond our working hours. After we start WFH, its like we are available 24/7/365. As usual, HR is paper tiger and always with companies side.

Continuous activities from HR to motivate the team is a good approach. People are joyful and ready enjoy every second of worklife.

Dislikes

There is no such work life balance. Also have noticed a favorism and corporate politics. Cannot see growth for the person who work hard for comapny.
