Indigo is one of the fastest growing budget airline. The company provides a great and comfortable working atmosphere and culture. Teammates are very encouraging and supportive. Company policies and standards are good and also provides a decent package compared to other budget airline.

Dislikes

To be frank I didn't find anything disliking about Indigo. But sometimes I feel like there was a lack of respect given to the staffs working in aviation industry by the passengers.

Work Details

I worked for two years as a Customer Service Executive. Initially there was training sessions and launch pad. I got trained in Mhb(Mishandled Baggage Coordinator) & I was the In-charge of arrival station. I had to handle passengers in various situations.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

We had dressing rooms, training rooms, separate lockers to keep our things, quite a big pantry, service partners etc..

Management is became money minded. They are not employee oriented. Only busy making PR stunts.

There is absolutely no work life balance. Poor salary structure. No increment. Too much work pressure

I had opportunity to work with Interglobe aviation for 03yrs. It was my pleasure. We can learn soo many things when you're working in airport. Being a airline staff is not easy. We should have more patience and ready to scarify many things.

Dislikes

First of all let me Thank you for took me out from interglobe. I am not going to say whole thing here if i soo you guys never wish to work here. I don't have any problem with Interglobe management it was a good company to work good organisation as well. Chennai station is one of the top Metro station. Literally chennai management isvery worst they don't know the value of staffs recently one guy met with accident and lost his knee do you guys know why! because he was running late to the shift and his manager asked him to come fast. This is be like it was just an example i mentioned but there are soo many staffs who are undergoing different different issues from the management. Idk why the HR sitting in chair simply when she can't stop all those nonsense things. On-time performance. Job security was good. We can get the promotions soon, promotions given on the basis of performance & smart working. Career growth is really great in INDIGO.

Dislikes

I feel management should recognize the hard working ppl and their efficiency of work. Partiality should be avoided.

It's bit hectic with exciting as we use to send the flights back to back, so overall it was good.
