Nothing. Some colleagues are good.

Dislikes

This company does not offer proper salary hikes. Even if a hike is given during an appraisal, you may have to wait at least two more years for the next one. It's a very poor environment in terms of compensation. Even startups offer around 3 LPA for freshers, whereas here, you may need to work for at least three years to reach that level. My sincere advice: instead of joining this company, take one or two months to study hard and aim for a better opportunity elsewhere....Read More
