As Per my 5 years Experience Good work environment an clutcher. Teammates are supportive and the mangment is transparent, & some company policies are good,give the bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of Politics & the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is interesting ! Struggled a bit in the beginning as ther was no formal training. I learned everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different role with the same team..

Appreciation of your work, is very hard to get. but you will get criticized for even a smallest mistake. Inappropriate appraisal system, huge pay gap for same cadre employee. if you are working on new developmental product on which you have least knowledge, you will be expected to do it in stipulated time frame. you will be treatedas if you are expert of that product, you cannot make any mistake. in short you are expected to do R&D with limited resources and technical help, at times this frustrates you a lot....Read More

The job at Inox in engineering department will disturb your family life totally. You have to available on 24 hours on duty for any location at any time. Work load is very high as compared to salary. No any appreciation you will got if you are not in corporation employme even you given 100+% for your job. I worked at inox and given my 200 % for company. Doing 16 hours duty some time , sometimes doing double duties. Run 34 to 40 km at late night for company work much times. But no one is appreciate me for same. Not be documents not by verbally. One time we doing duties on national holiday and company not give us salary or comp off for same. Will do free of cost duty that day. Most of the your comp off were lost as you haven't time to get it....Read More

We have engineering executive in PVR Cinema City Mall Andheri I like my job I like my technician and projectionist I and PVR teams we have supporting my managers and RGM Sir...but my salary is very low 22800/- in my post engineering executive. Enjoy my works.....thx 🙏
