This company is really terrible. Salary and appraisal are nit satisfactory and even for the allowance that employee is eligible,that also take plethora of time and HR and accounts people's attitude is like giving charity. Maybe their Mumbai offices are good,and those people are having allowance,promotion and all,however for people working in thier client locations no considerations are given.Even asking for our money for overtime,Sunday worksheet and tea and all felt like begging.Managers at these locations are not bothered and no strict evaluations are there for site managers, TL and all...They are just sitting idle at the site and emotionally putting up rules on the employees. These managers should be evaluated strictly without any back support from higher-ups....Read More
