You name it, they have it - Workplace exploitation masked as responsibilities, abuse disguised as an improvement path and learning curve, discrimination and inequality masked as performance issues and so on. > They play politics and make you the scapegoat. > No room for growth > Literally anyone can get away with anything. > There are no HR's here only the managers advocates. > It is useless if you think you can change the processes here. There is no processes to even begin with. > No proper structure or hierarchy. > Miss a deadline or have a misspelled word in your emails, you will get scolding from higher managers. > You cannot talk - your voice is not heard. You should listen to their BS and continue working. > No promotions or hikes > Promotions goes to those people who works like personal assistant for the managers. Others are just some workers. > If the workload increases - that is your problem, not your teams. Your manager will emotionally support you saying "This is what you are hired for". > They kill your self-confidence. - The more you spent time here you will be brainwashed and will forget your own identity and skills. You will become a non emotional person. > They want results without resources. > A single resource handles multiple projects.(More than 4 at a time) > IR processes not defined properly. > There are very few managers who knows things technically. > They say working hours are flexible. Don't believe it - you will be made to work after hours without getting paid. You will even have to work on weekends without any comp offs....Read More

Worst place to work as there are very cheap level of politics. by management. Work culture is pathetic. Management following favoritism and one sided thought process. Kartik krishnan and Santosh Bhadkulle are few names among the management. HR head was personally vising to each department and was trying to manipulate the review about the company on social media by convening each of the employee. You should have to 'Chamacha' of the management to survive. Otherwise they will keep you in PIP. Do not make any mistake to join this third class company. Even after leaving the organization, you have to struggle to receive full & final settlement amount. There are other many things but I do not wanna to waste my time now. Don't join this company by wasting your valuable time of life. You can not trust whatever company will offer to you....Read More

I dont like anything. Hr and colleq are good there.

BODs are watching each and every employees when person busy in mobile phone. There is no Diwali bonus in this oraganisation even they are not giving single sweet box to employee. There is no entertainment events and nothing happen. All money spent on sales person. Management is very dirty they are not finding solution for system. People are not doing job there more than year.

All the things are in dislike category whether you talk about it’s work culture or treatment to employees or R&R or HR or top management. They all are arrogant, not address your query properly, and big challenge come when you will resign and ask for your clearance,200% sure or up to infinity percent sure it’s not going to be easy

Management is pathetic, they run after saving 200 rupees if it's junior persons responsibility and spend 20 lac also if any senior person tells them. This way may senior people had thugged the company but Management still not able to realise

HR policies applies only to employees (specifically only to juniors). Management ignores their own policies. No respect for your contribution. Moneywise they'll think 100times to approve certain things, even people don't get laptop on joining day. Never recommend joining here
