Too much of work without having visionary leadership. Leadership talks too much of good things without having intention to fulfill them. No job security at all!

Invenio with no fixed goal, principal, leadership trying to save their heads by passing the buck to junior employees. Growing inorganically to show growth. People being treated like machines without any human emotions.
