Too much of work without having visionary leadership. Leadership talks too much of good things without having intention to fulfill them. No job security at all!

Invenio with no fixed goal, principal, leadership trying to save their heads by passing the buck to junior employees. Growing inorganically to show growth. People being treated like machines without any human emotions.

I love the fact that i am a part of a company that markets reliable basically providing good solutions by SAP in Taxation, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is I get to learn so many things here like enhancing my skills.

Dislikes

We haven't get monetary compensation for our extra hours and weekend working. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as because of work load. They are not providing training for testing team but can provide training for functional and development team.

Work Details

Generally speaking, I love to work here as am learning so many things in my testing field, learning different testing techniques, handling people and improving my soft skills. I am expecting more learning & onsite opportunity which will enhance my skills.
