Biased culture. Experience is based on number of years with invenio not on their seniority. SAP based company. They need to think about business as well. Only SAP consultants have career in this firm. Hired for a specific profile but they deploy on some other profile. SAP training is minimal and of no use. Playing with career of people. Nothing to learn here.

Appraisal system hinders growth and earnings. Sometimes work gets repititive. Inexperienced managers. Shortage of staff.
