The company is employee friendly and is supportive in times of an emergency. The senior management is taking steps to make sure employees are happy. Additional shift allowance for UK and US shifts.

Dislikes

There are incompetent people in mid management who have no leadership skills and are not interested in being leads. They do not have any idea of the bigger picture. Company should do an employee survey on management like Cognizant or TCS.

SAP testing but team is uncooperative. No proper training given for people from non SAP background.
