Working culture is good.

Dislikes

HR policies are totally hidden and there is no particular pay slab for more educated and experience person. No rules for manager level, only officer and lower level employee responsible to hold its rules and regulations. Hr department can't clarify their policies. Even after leaving they did not clear all dues in a month.

Work Details

I work in quality assurance in soft floor as IPQA and also takeover as QC documents.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
