No support in work life balance.. they cheat employees with night shift allowance they don't pay them.. work security is very poor.. anytime the employee can be asked to leave without any reason and they will make reasons to Fire the employee..

Management is supportive. Job feels secure. The company emphasizes your personal growth. I received training on several technologies, and we have dedicated time for training when we join. That's a positive aspect.

Dislikes

Rigidness regarding working from home can be negotiated. A hybrid model can be implemented to help the company reduce costs and achieve work-life balance. Asset allocation can be improved. Most companies provide laptops, but we lack basic IT devices in stock.
