You will never get the 2k hike in ITC INFOTECH

I was joined in 2014 at 3.24Lakhs package now its 2018.. my salary is 3.35 Lakhs. its not for me.. same as like remaining employees.. only higher grade people will get the hikes more than 60k per year. they will never care about executivs this is more than enough to dislike the company

I was joined on sap PI . one employee was resigned from fms maintance section. now they are transferred to Fms maintance section with out my knowledge. this is the criteria
