Poor promotion cycle. Its a babu system here, the near and dear ones catch the bus, rest all are stranded.

Lots of benefits if you know how to take all the benefits , it is best. Work life balance depends on the manager and project .can be part of lot of social services . So many clubs to join as trek , dance club , yoga club. Lot of library to study anything and everything. Can connect anyone in the organization.
Salary is very less and promotions are mostly held back.

Extremely corrupted workplace. Pathetic appraisal process. 3 years and nothing. HR has a personal vendetta against me coz I hung up the phone on him while I was driving (I was on leave that day) coz of which he is constantly making my life harder here.

I had the opportunity to work and learn with TCS for a period of time, and i had a good experience with this company and mix experiences too . They have good and passionate team and they possesses good industry knowledge and experiences too. Timely delivery of the project was the key aspect.
There were the times when it seemed like the company had overcommitted its resources leading to delays in responding to urgent issues.

Totally depends on luck, if you get to work in a good project then only u can learn and grow. And that’s rare. Salary is too low. There are no hikes or appraisals, mean to say hike are there but there’s no difference in the salary received.
