Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Distance issue very far from town. Overduty is the normal things for this hospital and it may be 2/3 hour and did not get any payment for this.. No schedule time for salary no bonus in festival time like our big festival durga puja.. Very hard to achieve comp off Or Cl.. Lot of manegar in same department and it is hard to report them because we have to report all of them .
