I did not like any aspect of it.

I was hired via campus placement for the position of Business Development Executive, and was offered a decent salary on offer letter before hiring. As I joined the organization I was served the Appointment letter 4 days later, the Appointment letter was very different from the Offer Letter and the salary that was promised in the offer letter was changed on Appointment letter. In addition to this the Company gives training to the employees, but unlike any other company, during the training period an employee is not paid and this was neither mention on offer letter nor was told to me during my several rounds of interview, also you are asked to do overtime every single day without any pay for it. Further the company does not provides any group insurance for their employees, neither for their dependents. All in all it was not a good experience to work with such an organization....Read More

It was worst experience working with karo education there is no professionalism here at all no personal life at all. The manager named Kavita of thane branch is worst manager I have worked under always demotivated me and all the people working in branch puts lots of pressure and I guess she doesn't has humanity and all always insulted everyone in front of everyone. I will never refer people to work here. No job security at all. This company is worst where a person should work....Read More

I have been working here for only over a month and I already feel like I have been part of this organisation for so long. People have been treating me really nice and they have guided me thoroughly and make sure that I take responsibilities so that I can learn and grow more. Other than that, there are fun activities at times which de-stress everyone from the 9 hours of work.

I am liking it here and so far I haven't faced any major concern as such.

No matter what kind of work you do, it is ultimately the colleagues that matter the most and honestly, I am glad that I am working with not only skilled and talented people but the kindest ones at that. It is because of them it is quite fun coming to work everyday. Other than that, I am learning and growing everyday here. The training sessions are turning out to be extremely fruitful.

Jaro education is an excellent firm if you'are a fresher because I have gained knowledge about many fields and no just my own.
