Salary is credited on 10th of every month Favouritism and internal politics is unfair to hardworking employees. The AVP of Bangalore does not have any manner all he does is yell at the employees. You perform or not no one is satisfied. The pressure is extreme for the salary they pay and it is more like jail than work no sick leaveswill be approved even it is emergency serious health problem or accidents they force to come to office with the threat of holding salary. And finally the women employees are treated very ill as the AVP has no basic manners to address his employees. Do not join the company if you have self respect and are honest straight forward person. M-S is working 10am-7pm and sunday holiday but they force you to work 10-10 and make you come on sundays too. Company like this only promote female candidates in hydra, bad, one girl, so wide hair for six months without doing any sales and a man who did a sale in one month got fired next month absolutely feminine company groupism gossips single person from management act like owner of a company

The company doesn't give you respect at all, the managers are not helpful at all .TL doesn't have an answer to your questions. No fresh leads given its simply a waste of time working with this company. They don't treat their employees equally. When you can't perform which is not the employees fault at all they simply throw you out without giving proper notice they think they can do anything because they are at higher post. The prices for their products are high they don't even reduce the rate or offer any kind of discount even if the customers are interested in buying. No product knowledge given during training. Good salary but comes with a lot of stress which is not worth.

They make you overtime without any additional pay , toxic work environment and the coworkers are disrespectful and puts you down if you're not bringing any sales with degrading remarks. They lure you with their salary structure but treat their employees very poorly. A very selfish and unethical organisation.

Everything Kavita here is very much harassing and don't join even if for 1 lakh per month you will be hired and fired in the same week and don't fall for the good reviews if any I believe there are none but still these are company tactics. Freshers are there for interview in morning afternoon and evening. As you join they will startpressuring you for sales targets and they know that you being a fresher or experienced cannot achieve it and they use bad words and give you termination letter as if you worked them for free without salary as social service.
