In the time I work for the company I had a few colleagues which made the hours I spent there a little more bearable. That's the only good thing I can say about this company.

Dislikes

I can in all honesty say that JP Future Financials is the worst company I have ever work for. The CEO and owner of the company is a dictator and not a leader. He encourage employees to spy and gossip about their colleagues to him. He accepts no initiative from his employees, if the idea didn't come from him it will not be implemented. He constantly told his employees they can be replaced in a heartbeat. He also believe everyone, including the people working for him, is only out to get him not to support or help. The only reason I was with the company for so long was because I couldn't leave without another position....Read More

My position was to keep the company website up to date.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No facilities at all.
