They way company uses its big name to market itself and show they are doing good (which is totally opposite). Doing unfair or unofficial things in a official manner.

Dislikes

Totally biased and unfair policies with respect to laterally hired candidates. Company says that it has done away with bell curve to rate its candidates performance but internally it follows bell curve to rate its employees. Every team has some or the other targeted person who becomes victim of it and company does not care a bit about their careers, even if you are well qualified, experienced and meritorious. New hires from colleges will be preferred over you in terms of compensation, ratings, quality of work, professional development etc. thereby creating discontent amongst major part of employees leaving others that will create a frustration which will mentally disturb you and your mind and make your life miserable that will affect your personal life too as you will be demotivated and spoil work culture and ethics. Inturn a reason for you to leave the company. Thereby a reason for them to hire new candidates and show that they are hiring so many people. This is how JP Morgan plays with highly available workforce of India leveraging its big name....Read More

Only a few 500-600 people do quality work at branch and other offices, rest of the work force is all backend jobs which are well marketed by company. Totally biased and disturbing workculture for good candidates who are well qualified and meritorious.

Work life balance. Very repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .
