The salary comes on time, that's it.

The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

Work Details

Disrupted due to shift hours as the office has given away most of the office space to other JSW verticals without caring for own staff.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
