Working hours 8.5 which is good. Pay scale is good as per city. No uniform culture can wear smart casual but not revealing.

Dislikes

Micro management. Have to give proof for everything you do every second have to give proof. Too data to consume daily no mobile given by company for that. No medical or insurance benefit. No leave benefit only 21 leaves per year nothing else. No Period leave. No proper management or policies. Random working and changing situation. Very dynamic culture. Sometimes have to work after office hours also....Read More
