You can loss your anytime by getting a single mail from HR. Don't even think about a good appraisal while during your tenure in this company. Very poor work culture. Anybody can back stab you, anytime. Think twice before submitting your resume.

K12 is a place if you wish for a long term career option. The growth is good and the job is safe. I got a lot of opportunity here to excel. I took some and eventually was promoted as a manager. I still aim to strive for a higher post and the company provides me that opportunity too. I was under Mr. Debasmith Paul and he told me how the school industry works. he was a good mentor.

Overall work environment is healthy there. My colleagues are friendly and cordial. They make easy communication and makes you feel that you are a part of the team. You can even approach higher managers for a quick chat. It is very comfortable working here because of my peers. Every tactic and every concern were catered by my training manager, Roshni Saha.

I started my career in K12 about 5 years ago and the best part of the company is that everyone here is friendly. Whenever I enter my office I have a sense of belonginess. Our Zonal Business Head Achin Kapoor is a really motivating entity, also he is very approachable if we have any requests.
