Koenig has made my career in Corporate training Industry and that is why I am grateful to this Organization. If you join here you will buid good and demanding career in IT however, few things need to be improved as well though Koenig has improved a lot through out the time.

Nothing as such because management is helpful in difficult times. Appraisal is a concern however, this is an impact of recession.

We get to upgrade on technology quickly. Self learning.

No team coordination. No leaves have to work even on holidays if you have fever if no trainer is available.we have to take leaves even on Saturday and Sunday If you have to go out if not it will be a nudge. "No team interactions just work make profit to company". No team outing.
