L&T will give you opportunities to learn and work and to handle jobs by yourselves. L&T will give you the scope of new thinking and implementation.

Dislikes

The annual rating process is totally disturbing. After giving your best through out the year you will be given lesser rating than some people who have just come to office and sit. Your work will be appropriated verbally wherever you are required to complete some job, but all your efforts will be forgotten when it's the time of appraisal.
