As a Brand L&T, I proud to work but internal culture and favouritism is at peak now days. Work life is good. Living in surat city is good. Bus facility, canteen facility is great. Medical insurance is world class.

Dislikes

Favouritism is at peak. Work is not the criteria to judge the employees. HR is in different world. Some people have monopoly. No job rotation policy.
