Start with career first company in Veer o metals pvt I am working in design engg 3 year in Veer o metals pvt ltd good company and learning also so many help for this company in am involved in process manufacturing and customer handling vendor audit also and RFQ so many learning this company it s good company I am in working in all process knowledge and Quotation work out any problem customer side I am handling . 5

Salary also good but no canteen no travels allowances this problem further is k I am in first company good experience also next growth in future

The company is ready to accept new projects in sheet metal projects,at presently our company is working for Railway,defence and automotive field and many other fields,i feel proud that i am the part of this project,because we are in costing department and i am the key member of this department.

Company stickey to only sheet metal (Fabrication)projects,personaly i still i wanted to learn in many other field.so wanted to looking for a job change.

there is the chances of misjudging the talent and very less consideration of professionalism and less return on contribution in Veer-O-Metals, team work is very poor. I particularly had very bad experience like personal attack to satisfy some bodies ego. favour for buckets.
